There were many reasons I chose the clinic, but.. if I pick out just the key points, first of all, I had a goal of getting surgery at a “clinic specialized in breasts,” so even during my first round of online research, I narrowed it down to a few based on that standard. When I went for the consultation, I felt like I could trust them and lie down on the operating table only if not just the director, but also the consultant, had “professional knowledge in the field of breast surgery,” and this place was exactly like that! From listening to the consultant’s explanation, she had so much pride in the clinic, and she said she had been there ever since the clinic opened, so I thought, how much must she trust the director’s surgical skills to be able to do that.. Besides that, hearing that there are many patients who continue visiting the clinic after surgery and communicate with them for a long time gave me a definite sense of trust. Ah, wouldn’t this place make my breasts really pretty? I felt that kind of confidence, and decided to have surgery at this clinic!
What the problem with my original breasts was: a mild pectus excavatum style where the area between my breasts was slightly sunken + no existing breast tissue + breasts that sat slightly low (a long upper chest), you know? The director at the place where I had surgery has very firm standards about size;; and in my case, he said absolutely no more than 285 cc. I think the pectus excavatum was a big reason. I still thought maybe they would put in around 300, but the cc was smaller than I expected, so I asked, “Couldn’t we go bigger?” and he immediately said no, so I just accepted it and went with 285.....
Honestly, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed, but looking at the result after surgery, should I say they don’t look small at all..? I had an inframammary fold incision, but the scar doesn’t show from the front (the director made the incision incredibly well), and now I really, really x100 think I did well by listening to him. Back then, I just had no breasts, so I didn’t know, but after putting 285 cc into my body, it actually has more weight than I expected and the size is just right. If it had been bigger than this, it somehow would have looked oversized? I also don’t think the breast line would have come out this well.
Right now, it’s been about two months since surgery, and the shape is much more natural than I expected. The U-line I imagined is coming out exactly, so at this rate, I’m hoping that once the remaining slight swelling goes down, they settle into place, and I reach the stable stage, I’ll get my ideal breast shape. For the implants, I debated between Motiva and Mentor Extra, but decided on Mentor Extra because of the feel. Maybe my tissue type matches well with it, because after a month, the feel softened quickly, and even now they’re fairly soft and squishy!! Before breast surgery, I had all kinds of worries and concerns, but the way my satisfaction grows day by day is no joke.. The aftercare is also really well set up, from swelling care to scar care and lymphatic circulation care, so I’m receiving everything properly, and not once have I felt that the surgery cost was a waste! I’m realizing this is why people say to place importance on aftercare Before surgery, I vaguely thought I really wanted to do it at a clinic with good care, and I feel proud and fulfilled because I think I had surgery at a clinic that matched that picture.
Now I’m slowly starting to exercise too, but I’m still scared of upper-body workouts, so I haven’t dared to try them yet^^;; I don’t think there’s any need to rush. I’m planning to start exercising slowly from lower-body workouts first~ But if anyone knows exercises that are perfect for body-shape management after breast surgery, could you please share them!! These days I’ve gotten into managing my body line, but I don’t know any exercises besides weight training I want to try a variety of things, but I don’t have much information~ I’d be grateful if you let me know in the comments!! Please recommend lots and lots +Ah, I heard ballet and Pilates are good, but is there anyone here who has tried hobby ballet after breast surgery?? I’m reaaally terribly inflexible, would it be okay? sigh..
