I had nose surgery using septal cartilage 3 years ago. It does look natural, but my nose became a bit crooked. According to the doctor, it had already been somewhat crooked originally, and as the nose was raised, that became more noticeable. But if that was the case, I think they should have informed me before surgery. Overall, they were somewhat unfriendly. I haven’t had any major side effects and it doesn’t look unnatural, so I’ve been living without revision surgery, but I do somewhat regret having it done here.
