Before-before-before <Day 7 photo> I didn’t have inflammation or contracture, and I came to want removal because of psychological factors. I wasn’t particularly dissatisfied with the shape of my nasal bridge or nasal tip. It was simply a surgery I decided on so I could feel more comfortable :) On the first day, I was mentally all over the place for various reasons... so as soon as I got home, I slept. I was surprised because the swelling was not as bad as I expected. This varies a lot from person to person, so please just take it as, “Oh, this person was like this” :) Rather than the first day, I think it would be good to make good use of an ice pack the next day :) For smooth swelling reduction, it’s probably better to avoid salty or greasy foods as much as possible during this period :) At that time, the swelling was really severe, so my nose shape looked strange, but now it’s gradually getting better haha Getting the stitches removed stings a little, but it’s a tolerable pain haha. And the swelling has gone down a lot, but the columella and nasal tip areas still feel hard when I touch them. Since it has only been a few days since the removal, I think there is some scar tissue and such, so I believe it will soften over time. It has only been 7 days since surgery, but so far I’m satisfied. I hope that as the swelling goes down, the shape will gradually settle nicely :)
