I think too much of my personal opinion would go into this, so I’m only going to talk about the points I thought were objectively problematic. During the consultation, the consultant said, “You saw the person who just passed by, right? That person’s surgery turned out really well, so I’ll show you,” then searched the patient’s full real name and showed me every photo, starting from the preoperative photos where even the face was fully visible. Protecting patient information is the most basic of basics, but I think I saw other patients’ photos about 6 times in that way. As soon as I saw that, I thought, if I get it done here, they’ll reveal me like that too, so this is a clinic I gave up on within 1 minute of going into the consultation. The doctor’s consultation also wasn’t a good fit for me. I’m leaving this review because I think this is conduct that absolutely needs to be corrected.
