I’m thinking of going to ㄱㅇㅅ for nose implant removal. How is it? I’ve seen it mentioned as one of the top 3 places for nose removal. Can anyone who’s had it done share a review? The hospital that did my nose said I need to remove the silicone from my nose and reposition the cartilage at the nasal tip. They said that if I remove it, I could end up with a saddle nose. Why does that happen?
