When I decided to get nose surgery, what I paid the most attention to was which material would be used. I heard the risk of contracture differs depending on the material, so I looked for places that use custom implants. I had high expectations because I heard private clinics take good care of you, and they really did seem different from the consultation onward in how attentive they were. I also liked the nose line they designed because it was done naturally rather than being noticeably flashy. I’m not sure if the director is just a very honest person, but there were parts where I trusted them more because they gave realistic advice. I’m still viewing it positively so far.
