Other places operate through the conjunctiva, but here they use an external fixation method, so honestly I am thinking a lot about whether to have the surgery or not.
They clearly explained why you should not do fat grafting during under-eye fat repositioning, and also clearly explained the parts that may not improve after this surgery, so I felt they were conscientious.
So far, this is the only place I have seen that uses external fixation, so I think it would feel a bit burdensome to have surgery here.
