The consultant first listened to the cosmetic shape I wanted and explained things about it. After that, the director came in, checked the nose shape, reviewed the imaging, also looked with a nasal endoscope, set the maximum possible nasal height, and showed it to me. They also told me what would be good to do. I said I wanted nostril reduction too, but they said that can be done later after completing the rhinoplasty, so they do not recommend doing it together. The consultation was professional, the staff were kind, and the waiting time was not long. They said they only perform surgery on two people a day.
