I had rhinoplasty at DA on January 28. It has now been 6 months, and I had tip surgery + alar reduction + the smallest silicone implant for the bridge. Since I told them to make it as unnoticeable as possible, the nose is a bit too straight, and I think it would be fine to bring it in a little more. Once the swelling goes down, it is less glamorous than you might expect, so for those of you planning to do it in the future, I think satisfaction will be higher if you ask them to make it a little more boldly at first, even if it looks slightly noticeable initially.
