When I went for the before-and-after consultation, I was truly grateful that the director treated me comfortably, without showing any discomfort toward me as a minority. The reason I was grateful was that at other clinics, I felt that they were a bit uncomfortable and had expressions that seemed like they didn’t understand, so I was very sad.. During the consultation with Director ㅂㄷ, we talked a lot about the design. I really felt that they were very detailed. I emphasized as much as possible that I wanted the most feminine line possible, a slim lower face, and the cheekbones set in as much as possible.
My constitution is such that once I bruise, it doesn’t go away easily, and even if I don’t eat anything at night, my face definitely swells the next day. After surgery, as expected, the bruising and swelling went down slowly. My mom said my face was gradually changing, but I couldn’t really feel it much myself. Maybe it was because I was staring at my face every day..
At the 3-month follow-up, the cheekbones had healed well without nonunion, and none of the screws had loosened or anything like that. Looking at the CT, I could clearly see that the bone size had noticeably changed, and I received photos from before surgery and 3 months after surgery. The before-and-after difference was so big that it was surprising, so it’s fascinating. I’m very satisfied with my face becoming more feminine, and I feel sincerely grateful to the director.
