It’s only been 2 weeks, so it still doesn’t feel like my own flesh and the bio-bonding has started, but looking at my thinner upper arms and waistline, I’m fairly satisfied. The consultant is also kind.
But separate from my satisfaction with the surgical result, I think it would be hard to recommend it to people around me…
1. Hygiene standards… A person who is supposedly a nurse removed my stitches with bare hands that had nail polish on them, and the operating room used on the day of surgery also made me wonder if this was right… Even when I had LASEK surgery, I remember taking off everything and them paying huge attention to disinfection … No, a plastic surgery clinic that cuts with a scalpel for full-body surgery, uses syringes for liposuction, and touches the body, and this really isn’t a wrong surgical environment…? Everyone really gets surgery in this condition…? I don’t know if it’s because I’ve only seen clean operating rooms for medical purposes, but after having liposuction once, cosmetic surgery made me decide not to do any cosmetic surgery at all, no matter how popular the plastic surgery clinic is, because of the outdated operating room and the shocking and terrifying stitch-removal scene.
2. I informed them in advance about a drug allergy, but the doctor said it was just the standard prescription they give out and, for the first prescription, prescribed the medication I already had an allergy to without even paying attention… Then they said there are many customers, so the doctor can’t check every single thing like this. And when another drug allergy flared up and I developed severe erythema all over my body, the doctor left abruptly, saying, without even giving me time to ask questions, that the stitches could just be removed…ㄷㄷ
Honestly, it’s only fortunate that the consultant was a good person, played the bridge role in the middle fairly well, and my surgical progress is good. Given this situation, I honestly just find it amazing how there hasn’t been a single medical accident… Is that how famous and popular they are?…;;;
But contrary to these negative views, I’m fairly satisfied with the surgical result. Still, because of the things I explained above, they made me anxious, and I’m also praying there will please be no side effects. No, after paying this much money, why do I have to feel anxious because of this environment…? If they charge a lot of money and have even built a building, I wish they would become a hospital that can give patients hygienic and psychological reassurance.
