It didn’t feel especially kind or unkind, just moderate? They aren’t the type to greet you in a very friendly way, and they only say what needs to be said, which I liked, but some people might feel they aren’t kind. The consultation is short and concise, so it’s good to prepare the questions you’re curious about. The consultant is kind.
