If someone had inflammation during their first surgery, not inflammatory contracture, does that mean they'll 100% get inflammation if they have revision surgery? I'm worried about removal or revision surgery because of inflammation

It hasn’t been 20 years since I had surgery, and I’m wondering if my nose will collapse a lot if I remove the silicone. The cartilage area turns red whenever I cry, and a boundary line forms with the silicone area, so I just want to remove
