5 years ago, after finishing the CSAT, I had double eyelid surgery with a partial incision + ptosis correction, and fat removal from my eyes. But as time passed, my eyelids gradually started drooping again, and one eye even developed sanpaku eyes, making my eyes look really sleepy My impression started looking so bad that I kept opening my eyes using my eyebrows and forehead muscles, and now my forehead wrinkles have gotten much worse. So I’m thinking about revision surgery now. Since I’ve already had ptosis correction, I’m not sure exactly what should be fixed, but rather than wanting my eyes to become super big, I want it to be easier to open my eyes and for my impression to improve compared to now. If I do get revision surgery, I’d appreciate any advice on what would be good to do...
