I have a hump nose, and they suggested shaving the hump down a little, not putting in silicone, and refining it with a little osteotomy. They suggested inserting mesh to raise the nasal tip and using nasal cartilage to shape the nasal tip. Mesh is an implant that isn’t used much these days, so I was a bit half-convinced and half-doubtful when they suggested using it.
