If it had been just one problem, I would have hesitated, but since it wasn’t just one or two things, I eventually decided on surgery. First, I wanted a place that could improve the functional part, and aesthetically, I like a sharp, slim, defined look, so while looking for places that matched those needs, I had surgery at a clinic. First, looking at the aesthetic part, even though it was my first surgery for a hump and bulbous nose, it was corrected so cleanly, and I like it because it seems to suit my image well without looking excessive. At around 3 months, the swelling has gone down to some extent and it has settled, so there probably won’t be any major changes from here, but I’m very satisfied. Functionally too, I can now breathe well without discomfort. It was a nose that probably needed attention to many different things, and I’m so, so relieved everything was corrected cleanly
