I had double eyelid surgery with a full incision, but the crease was set too high and looks unnatural, so I’m planning to have revision surgery to lower the line naturally.. Since non-incisional buried sutures tend to look more natural than incision, I want to do it with buried sutures.. But if the first surgery was done by incision, is there no choice but to do the revision to lower the line by incision too..?
