Please don’t be surprised that my pre-op nose was already a nose that had been operated on once! I lived like that for 5 years.. As you can see from the photos, I had surgery, but I still had a bulbous nose, crooked nose, uneven nostrils, and a deviated caudal septum. I had originally planned it for last year, but I ended up getting revision rhinoplasty this year I think it’s such a relief that I at least did it now. Before surgery, I went around for consultations at three plastic surgery clinics in Seoul!! I had surgery at one of them. During consultations, two places recommended autologous costal cartilage, and one place recommended ear cartilage, but my septum was weak and deviated, so I thought using ear cartilage would be pointless, like not doing it at all, so I ruled that clinic out. I was debating between the two and decided on the clinic that could do the style I wanted. For the bridge, silicone was used; for the nasal tip, autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage were used. (crooked nose and bulbous nose correction, columella correction, silicone replacement, refining the nasal tip, osteotomy, alar reduction) If you’re curious about the cost and clinic information, please leave a comment!!
