The director was kind and the consultant was kind too, so that was good. Two years after surgery, I thought a small issue had come up and visited again, and they still explained things well and readily tried to resolve it, so I felt relieved. During the pre-surgery consultation, they explained the surgical method well too, and I liked that there was no waiting. I had a forehead lift and reduction together, and on top of that I also had facial liposuction, so I don’t remember the cost well and just wrote an approximate amount
