They explained things kindly and well. From other reviews, it seemed like they don’t have CCTV or an anesthesiologist, but I liked that the director clearly told me which areas couldn’t be done and didn’t pressure me into any areas. There was a bit of pressure about the deposit, but they were flexible about refunds and such, and it was good that the director personally participates in things like stitch removal too.
