Hehehe, it’s now been two months since I had revision rhinoplasty at ㅇㅊㅂ My nose was an extreme case after multiple failed revision surgeries, so I definitely feel like the recovery period is long Even though it’s been two months since surgery, I still have a little bruising and quite a bit of residual swelling During the first month, the swelling went down fairly smoothly, but after a month it seems to be going down more slowly There haven’t been any dramatic changes
I had columella lowering, nostril correction, silicone for the nasal bridge, and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip The thing that stressed me out the most was that, from the front, my nasal tip was lifted and my nostrils were visible Now my nostrils don’t show, and what I like most is that my nasal tip has come down a lot I heard that lowering the columella is a difficult surgery, but I think the surgery went well
The director said the skin graft I received around the nostril area needs to be observed a bit longer and is still in the healing stage, and if I look closely inside my nose, the scar is still visible.. But still, I think this much is a really good outcome Before surgery, my nostrils were uneven, my columella had collapsed, and I had a crooked nose, so it was really a mess... Overall, I’m happy with the surgical result, and I think I just need the swelling and bruising to go away from here The director told me to always wear the nostril corrector at home, so I was wearing it diligently, and when I recently went in for a follow-up I asked about it, and they said I’d probably need to wear it for about 6 months.. I think I’ll probably need to keep managing it and watching the progress
