Hahaha, this is a before-and-after-after-after update ㅇㅇ I got it done by Director Min Byung-deok, and since it’s been almost a month, the swelling has gone down so I’m posting it! I really had a ton of fat in my face, so facial fat removal was absolutely necessary, and personally I wanted to get fillers and Botox-type procedures done together so my facial shape wouldn’t have any weak points. But then the real issue was where to get all of that done at once, and among the hospitals I visited around, Director Min explained everything the most thoroughly, and even from the consultation itself he gave off a strong sense of confidence in the results, so that’s why I did it there. During the consultation, the director said the cheek fat could be suctioned from the area around the smile lines and the cheekbone area above the nasolabial folds, so for my face I had liposuction done on the area around the mouth + the cheekbone area above the nasolabial folds. He said my double chin could be handled sufficiently with Elsa too, so I took care of that with Elsa (because of that I didn’t even bruise and it was great) Also, since I had somewhat prominent buccal fat, he said I should remove that too, so I did that as well! In addition, I had a slightly square jaw too, but he said that was more a muscle issue than a bone issue, and that Botox could help, so I greedily got square-jaw Botox and even dimpled-chin Botox. When I said I wanted my face to look a bit more three-dimensional, he recommended chin filler, so I got that too! After the surgery, the cheek fat that used to jiggle every time I ran is no longer noticeable, and I feel like the fat is now firmly attached to my facial bones, so for people stressed out about facial fat, I really, really recommend facial fat removal... It’s a surgery that’s worth the money, for real.
