Actually, I visited to get another petit procedure. While doing the procedure, they asked whether I had any concerns about my nostril wings. In fact, I had had nose surgery, but because my nose was large, I really wanted alar reduction to make it smaller, though I had given up on it. I was surprised that they pinpointed exactly the part I wanted, and they gave me a consultation right away. The director is cheerful and even fun. Looking at the reviews, it seems they make results look natural, so I’m thinking about trying it here.
