As planned, I had revision surgery while removing the pearl nose surgery, and silicone was used for the nasal bridge, with septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage used for the nasal tip. Now about half a year has passed, and I can definitely feel that it has settled in and the shape has improved well. It has settled into a high and slim shape without looking long or spread out at all, and since it was revision surgery, I had a lot of worries during the recovery period, but so far it has maintained well with no problems at all haha. It was a nose I had worried about for a long time, so I’m really happy that I finally seem to have succeeded in improving it.
