I had non-incisional sutures done 15 years ago, but once I got past my 30s, my eyelids started looking sunken and multiple creases formed. I looked into revision surgery, and they said I’d need incision + ptosis correction + fat grafting. I was just planning to redo the loosened part with non-incisional sutures, so I was flustered because I didn’t know it would become this big of a procedure. Usually, for sunken eyes with multiple creases, is incision the answer? The space between my eyes and eyebrows is also narrow, so I’m wondering if incision really is the answer..
