I got double eyelid surgery + medial epicanthoplasty together, and after double eyelid surgery they told me to practice opening my eyes as wide as possible, so whenever I remember, I’m putting strength into my eyes. But I haven’t had the stitches removed from the medial epicanthoplasty yet. It’s day 3.. Is it bad to put strength into my eyes while I’m in this state after medial epicanthoplasty??
