First of all, the consultant was the kindest I’ve ever met. She listened well to what the customer wanted, and I had the consultation quickly without waiting. The director was also kind, but more than that, I strongly felt that he was professional, and he seemed confident about lowering the line. But while I was asking questions, when I asked once more, the way he said, “I explained that earlier,” made me feel a little awkward.
