My midface looked long, so I was debating between double-jaw surgery and rhinoplasty. I ended up getting the rhinoplasty I had always wanted to do even a little, and it turned out to be the right answer. The reason was that I had a droopy, arrow-shaped nose. After the CT scan, the doctor explained in detail what kind of nose I had and what materials and surgical methods would be needed to improve it. Seeing that made the doctor feel trustworthy, and I could tell they were truly serious about noses, so I went ahead with the surgery. I’m satisfied because I met an excellent doctor, achieved the natural nose shape I wanted, and gained a better impression.
