What do you think about hump nose surgery without an implant?

I don’t have absolutely no nasal bridge with my hump nose, so the doctors do recommend no implant, and I feel like no implant would be safer than silicone, so I do like the no-implant option.. But in the back of my mind I’m still slightly concerned about the line.. Honestly, I want a naturally glamorous nose line... The doctors also say that if I want it to be noticeable, I need to put in silicone.. I’m curious whether people who had surgery without an implant are satisfied too, and whether the line they wanted came out well.... And if you had a hump nose and did it without an implant, I’m also curious whether you had osteotomy too.. No implant, slightly touching up the nasal tip, shaving only the hump area, and osteotomy I also want to see reviews from people who had surgery like this.. There probably aren’t many side effects from no implant, right? I want to do it with a closed approach I have so many questions..
