I had alar reduction 2 years ago. I don’t remember the cost well, so I wrote it roughly.. The director was nice and assessed things objectively. Since I was going to get facial contouring later anyway, I said it didn’t matter if my nose looked too small on my current face and asked him to cut as much as possible, but he strongly talked me out of it. He said it would be one thing if it ended up a little insufficient, but once the alae are cut, there is no going back. He mentioned that I had said I was also considering nose surgery, and said that if you take into account the effect that raising the nasal bridge can make the alae look slightly smaller too, cutting too much right now...
