After consulting with the manager and the director, I liked it, so I paid a deposit and was filling out the documents. While asking the staff member who was helping me fill out the documents a few questions, something seemed wrong, so I asked them to call the manager again. They said she was eating. I understood. In the meantime, while talking, they spoke as if irritated, so my mood suddenly soured. So I said I would come back another time, and then I came back after making an appointment. I paid a deposit, and if I was going to schedule the next consultation or surgery date, of course the manager should have contacted me. When I asked through the hospital consultation on KakaoTalk for the manager to contact me, they said the manager was busy, so if I told them, they would pass it along. I need to communicate with the manager first, but after paying the deposit, I cannot see or contact her, so how could I have surgery there? When I said I was canceling, they said the manager had finished work for the day and would contact me tomorrow.
