A long time ago, in Busan, I had hump nose osteotomy + septal cartilage + silicone done. My skin itself is thin, and I should say it showed through a bit? People also all said it looked obvious My nose was also too hard and looked artificial, so after living with that operated nose for over 2 years, I eventually had the silicone removed in Daegu and had revision surgery on the nasal tip with ear cartilage. It has now been over 2 years since the revision surgery, and it is really natural like my own nose. My glabella does look wide, but I'm living comfortably, so I feel more at ease than back then. But when I take photos, my face doesn't look very defined For those who are worrying like I was, I recommend removing the silicone!
