I don’t have a bulbous nose, but the tip of my nose had a lot of fat and was round. My nasal alae were also thick, so overall my nose looked blunt and fat..
First time was at 20. I followed my mom and, not knowing much, had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic, but the rounded feeling at the nose tip didn’t improve and it only became higher, like a man’s nose.
Second time was at 26. To improve the rounded feeling at the nose tip, I went to a place in Apgujeong, but it still didn’t improve. I decided to just live with the nose tip as it was and started wanting to improve the thickness of my nose.
Third time was at 29. To fix a deviated septum and the nose thickness together, I visited a place near Gangnam Station. They said they would improve the thickness of the nasal alae and slit the alae sideways. My nose actually became more like a fist nose.
Fourth time was at 31. The nasal alae remained as if they had spread after surgery, but they said this was because the flesh under the nose had been incised, so it couldn’t be touched.. Fortunately, they removed a lot of the fat-filled feeling at the nose tip, and it basically became the nose tip I wanted. But the problem is the thickness of the nasal alae and the gap between the nostrils and philtrum.. And an even bigger problem: now I can’t smell anymore.. hehe.. It’s seriously a disaster
