I went for a consultation for rhinoplasty, and it was nice that the director explained things by drawing pictures. But when I had the consultation with the consultation manager, I didn’t feel that they were very friendly. When I asked something, it would have been nice if they had at least explained the reason, but they just answered stiffly, “No, that’s not possible,” so that felt a bit off. Still, the director has experience and the reviews aren’t bad, so it’s a clinic I’m considering!
