I used to be stressed because of the silicone in my nose and the step-off with the nasal tip cartilage, and in the end I decided to remove the implant.. (I tried getting some kind of PRP injection too, but it was useless)
I went back to the hospital I originally went to, and as a sort of after-service, I had the implant removed, left only half of the ear cartilage that was already there, kept the columella support as it was, and covered the rest overall with Megaderm.
I had surgery today at 2 PM, and unlike the first surgery, they didn’t even put nasal packing in.. It somehow feels simpler.. Maybe because last time I had ear cartilage and silicone done too..?!
Anyway, wherever I look, there’s so little information about donated dermis, so if time passes, I’ll try to share a review! Right now my nose is stuffy.. and I’m bleeding a bit from my nose
