I got SmoothCool hair removal. It was for the lower arms + calves, and as with laser hair removal, they apply soothing gel and then proceed with the laser.
The director performs the procedure personally.
Not only the director but also all the staff were kind, and the inside of the clinic was clean and nice, but I developed folliculitis, so I gave up after 2 sessions.
Still, the effect is fairly noticeable. I can see with my eyes that the hair has decreased a little.
