I visited as part of my first double-eyelid surgery consultation tour. The director calmly explained things well, accurately pointing out the pros and cons of my current eye condition, and also shaped the line several times. The consultant did not pressure me and was empathetic + explained well. I went in thinking about natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + canthoplasty, but was additionally recommended a sub-brow lift. I was so scared of a sub-brow lift that I went for another consultation to adjust opinions, and they explained it again in a way that made sense.. I think it is probably a surgery my eyes need, but I have an extremely sensitive personality, so I was scared of scarring from the sub-brow lift and gave up on surgery. I really liked the director, the consultant, the clinic atmosphere, and especially the canthoplasty, so I still feel attached to it.
