I've had 3 nose surgeries and I'm debating a 4th one. It's not like it affects my daily life, and it turned out pretty and well done, but when I take photos, my nostrils look uneven from the front, and I want to lower my nose just a little more, so I want to get a revision. (alar rim lowering) Am I being greedy? I can't just do alar rim lowering, so I'd have to go in for a full revision surgery.. I'm still debating it..
