I have had a very severe bulbous nose since I was young, so after looking into it a lot, I got alar reduction surgery, and I really like it! Since if too much is cut at first, it cannot be reversed, they cut only a very small amount first, and then after one month, cut it once more, so I had surgery twice in total haha The surgery time was also only 15-20 minutes, so it ended quickly, and the recovery period after surgery was short, which was nice haha I am so happy that my nose became smaller
