I think I looked for a place that would do it naturally, had consultations at over 20 places, and then chose this one. At first, I was afraid of implant side effects, so I had the hump shaved down and used ear cartilage to raise the glabella and nasal tip, but the glabella showed through and I could not breathe, so I had it redone They said the glabella would not show through, so I did it.. So I had silicone inserted after all, and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip. They also improved the breathing problem somewhat, so now it looks natural but prettier. It is not a very dramatic nose, but it is pretty.
