The consultation went in the order of consultant -> director -> consultant. The consultant looked at my eyes more thoroughly and kindly than the director did. The director looked somewhat tired, but answered the questions I had prepared clearly, concisely, and kindly. The after-service period is 2 years, which seems longer than at other clinics, and I got the feeling they would provide thorough follow-up care over a total of three visits.
