As I got older, I lost fat in my breasts and the sagging became severe, so I was deciding between breast surgery and breast fat grafting. I went for consultations because I thought fat grafting would be better than surgery at my age. First, the cost is a bit more expensive than at other hospitals, but since it's high-volume, I don't think I need to worry haha. They carefully measured things like my skeletal frame and the amount of fat I originally have.
