Before<before surgery>After<1 month>After<2 months>My nasal tip looked very spread out, and the nasal bridge itself was too low, so I got surgery! For the bridge, 4 mm silicone was used, and for the nasal tip, septal cartilage + ear cartilage were used. I heard costal cartilage is often used for bulbous nose surgery even for a first surgery, but rib cartilage felt a bit too much for me I’m not really into a dramatic look, so I’m satisfied with my current line haha I thought there might be people curious about bulbous nose surgery without using costal cartilage, so I wrote this review..
