Before/after/after/after I was so stressed because people criticized my nose to the point of saying I looked like a troll. My original nose was a bit flat and bulbous, so I wanted it to change into a slightly straight-looking, soft and rounded nose without the nasal tip being lifted too much, so I decided to get rhinoplasty at GNG Hospital.
When I showed the director the photos I brought, they understood exactly what I wanted. I originally have runny nose and nasal congestion, and it gets worse when I catch a cold. But they explained that after surgery, since they would be building a nasal bridge and support that I didn’t originally have, the nasal congestion could get worse, so I decided to have deviated septum surgery together to straighten the bent septum before raising the nose.
I had also gotten filler twice before, so my nasal bridge was more or less okay, but there was no sense that the bulbous nose was improving at all, so in the end I dissolved the filler and got surgery. They used a custom implant to raise the nasal bridge naturally and made the nasal tip pretty too.
Right after the surgery, I was really out of it, but they took careful care of me afterward, so I think I recovered quickly. They made the slim, natural straight line into the nose I wanted
