I liked the reviews so much that I waited several months and had rhinoplasty and fat grafting surgery! For my nose, it was my first surgery and they used donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone, but the nasal tip gradually came down, so I had revision surgery again with additional cartilage. Even so, it has drooped again now, so it has become very natural-looking. The shape itself is good, but I wanted a more dramatic nose, so I’m a little disappointed.
