I went to a total of five places, and it definitely seems like each hospital has a different aesthetic preference.
The shapes and sizes they aim for were different, and the implants they recommended were also different. Most places said they would use the implant I wanted, but at one place, the director strongly insisted that there was a specific implant that had to be used for my skin/tissue quality, and I trusted that, so I decided there! Everyone, compare carefully and choose your hospital!
