About 10 years ago I had nose surgery, and before a year had passed I didn’t like the shape, so I had another non-open revision surgery as an AS procedure. The shape improved a lot. I couldn’t get a very detailed explanation during the consultation, but that may partly be my fault too, since I didn’t ask in detail. They seem to pursue a natural-looking nose shape.
