I went in for the consultation right on time for my reservation, and um... First of all, I went in with expectations because I’d heard this was a clinic that definitely tells you to try lowering the line. They said it wasn’t severe sausage eyelid, so there was no need for double-line excision, and that the line could be lowered by only loosening the fixation of the existing line and doing ptosis correction. But as they spoke, the atmosphere felt more like, “Do it if you want,” rather than “I’ll make it better than it is now,” so I wasn’t strongly convinced. I’m not sure whether they were tired or originally a scary person, but the atmosphere was so solemn that I felt like I shouldn’t ask one more question. Because communication with the doctor is important for understanding the surgical method and postoperative care, I’m looking into other places.
