I had a consultation with the head director, and the consultation ended quickly because it proceeded with the director looking at my nose and telling me that this was what should be done. The atmosphere made it difficult to ask many questions, and the clinic itself had many foreign clients, so I waited a long time. Since the director is famous as one of the first-generation figures and has many surgical cases, I trusted that aspect, but looking only at the consultation itself, it felt like I would just have to trust the director and go with it. Autologous costal cartilage felt burdensome, so I did not proceed.
