Before/after I had revision revision revision revision revision rhinoplasty... Now there have been so many that it's hard to even count which number this is. I had many revision surgeries for various reasons, including inflammation and dissatisfaction with the shape, but toward the end, I could see the nasal tip drooping little by little... In the end, I searched online like crazy again. I excluded the hospitals where I had surgery before, and I went back to hospitals I had previously visited for consultations, and also revisited ones I hadn't gone to before. Honestly, when I had surgery, my bulbous nose kept not improving, so I was stressed. During consultations, I said I wanted it to be slimmer than my current nose and that I really wanted the bulbous nose improved properly, but many places said it couldn't be done. Many places said that since it had already improved enough, I probably wouldn't see much surgical effect. When I had my final consultation at a clinic, even the director said the surgical effect might be minimal. But for some reason I felt like I wanted to have surgery here, so I scheduled the earliest possible surgery date and had the surgery. Unlike what the director said about the effect possibly being minimal, I think it came out beautifully with the naturally defined feeling I wanted. It also harmonizes well with my whole face, so I think it suits me just right. I just hope it doesn't droop any further from here.
